With their essential aesthetics, plumcake moulds meet all requirements in terms of size and capacity for baking dough for sweet and savoury recipes.
Ecopack’s baking moulds for plumcakes are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, and are suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines.
They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The plumcake moulds are certified and approved for food contact.
The plumcake moulds are available in various sizes, with or without gold flower printing, and also in a silicone-coated version to allow for greater product release after baking. Plumcake moulds can be used to bake different types of preparations, both sweet and savoury.
