The moulds for panettone basso resist high temperatures and have an excellent seal for the presentation of the finished product. The entire range is certified OK Compost Industrial!
The Ecopack baking molds for panettone basso are manufactured with high-precision automatic lines, which guarantee a minimum size tolerance. They are oven-safe up to 220 °C (428 °F) and freezer safe.
The panettone basso baking moulds are certified and approved for contact with food.
The smooth outer surface of the band makes the moulds suitable for automatic denesters. For a more artisanal use, the baking moulds for panettone basso are also available with an externally corrugated band.
All low panettone shapes are compostable and certified OK Compost Industrial.
