From panettoncino, suitable for muffins, to large formats for the traditional Christmas cake, the Panettone Alto baking molds boast a wide range of sizes. Also available in a compostable version.
The Ecopack baking molds for Panettone Alto are made with high-precision automatic lines, which guarantee a minimum size tolerance and make the moulds suitable for use on automatic denesters.
They are oven safe up to 220 °C, freezing resistant and are certified and approved for contact with food.
The baking moulds for Panettone Alto are available in two versions: smooth or rigid band with external vertical wave. The versions with smooth kraft or brown band without printing and rigid with external wave are compostable and certified OK Compost Industrial.
