A tasty video-recipe featuring two very special protagonists
Here is a new, super-tasty video-recipe, easily made with the help of our muffin and mini-panettone molds: chocolate cake with a molten center.
A true chocolate-lover’s dessert to prepare together or bring to a special dinner!
Ecopack muffin and mini-panettone molds
Our muffin molds are made of grease-proof, non-stick paper (so there is no need to grease them) and, like all Ecopack products, it is approved for direct food contact.
Our mini-panettone molds are composed of a vertical band made of the same material as the muffin molds, and a non-stick, corrugated, micro-perforated paper base.
They are both assembled with high-precision automatic machines and are free-standing, thus no metal tray is required to bake the cakes.
Fully faithful to our values, the molds are made of 100% recyclable, biodegradable, Made in Italy, and fluorine-free paper.
By the end of 2021, the molds manufactured at our Italian plants will all be made of FSC-certified paper.
To prepare the chocolate cake with a molten center, you will need the following ingredients:
- 60 g sugar
- 50 g egg yolk
- 225 g dark chocolate
- 60 g “00” flour
- 200 g egg white beaten until stiff
- 50 g melted butter
… and of course the Ecopack paper molds!
